Clare & the team facilitated our late Dads Funeral. We felt fully supported by Clare, she was available to meet our needs at anytime, answering any of questions, wether they were regarding legal matters or assuring us with emotional requests. We felt at ease, & assured that we didn’t need to be anxious about any part of the process. The service on the day was beautiful, respectful & a celebration all in one. My brother's funeral was handled by Clare at Kavanagh and Coates recently and it was such a well-thought out and smooth experience for the family. They looked after absolutely everything and we never felt rushed or like a bother.
Clare was thoughtful, empathetic and genuinely cared about my brother and our family. She had also looked after my stepfather fairly recently and so we knew we were in excellent hands.
They provided the most amazing floral display as well.
Clare was always available to answer any questions and guided the whole process with the utmost professionalism.

Our mums recent funeral was handled by Kavanagh & Coates and I cannot recommend them more highly. My brother, sister and I were looked after by Clare who was absolutely amazing and felt like a trusted friend by the time the funeral was over. Everything went like clockwork and with very little input required from us. Thank you to everyone involved you dont know how much we appreciated your care and professionalism.

Myself & my three sisters was welcomed & comforted with their service in January & February , they looked after our mum & dad, their services go above & beyond , they guide you to your own personal requirements & blend their appearances with your arrangements , they respect totally your loved ones , I personally felt Sam guided me beautifully in being with my mum in the chapel of rest

7/10/2025 We have just used Kavanagh&Coates Funeral services for our Dad, Dennis Ball.They recommended a funeral plan after Mums funeral 5years ago,and was worth doing.
We would like to say they have been absolutely brilliant, everything went like clockwork and we had nothing to worry about. Clare who has been taking care of us is lovely, nothing is to much trouble.She has taken care of Dad from picking him up from the home,upto and including the the final Day.She is still organising as we speak.

Myself and the Family would like to thank you and Clare especially for being so professional but loving and caring at this sad time.
